Highlights:
• Joined the company as Control & Vehicle Administration In Charge and moved the upward career trajectories to merit promotion to the position of Control & Vehicle Administration & Delivery manager, through exceptional performance.
• Negotiated and secured profitable sales of new and used vehicles and generated impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Control & Delivery:
• Striving for effective communication, harmony and teamwork within department, requesting cars from the Logistic department for Salesmen and distributing them to branches, calling for sales documents from salesmen and forwarding them to the finance department.
• Ensuring all completed paper work related to the sale of the car and sending them to the traffic office for obtaining plates and registration in coordination with agents.
• Protecting the company's financial liability by structuring and authorizing all sales department transactions, providing customers with a copy of registration as well as preparing the warranty booklet and questionnaires for the sold cars.
• Ascertaining the vehicle is free from scratches and remarks, delivering the cars to customers in perfect condition and without any remarks in addition to explaining cars specifications to the customers upon delivery.
• Providing the best automotive products and services of the highest quality and value that exceeds customer’s expectations, and reporting the General Director of sales & Marketing.

Sales & Support:
• Conceptualizing and implementing an aggressive business plan, forecasting sales volume, keeping updates regarding sales price lists based on the market and stock.
• Generating and evaluating monthly order reports, providing management with daily, weekly and monthly sales/stock reports as well as maintaining optimum levels of vehicle inventory, thus ensuring minimum/no wait period.
• Enhancing effectiveness and maintaining vehicle inventory that features a variety of colors, models, and equipment. Ensuring targeted sales by following up implementation of sales with sister companies and dealers.
• Understanding product demand, working with Supply Chain to maintain adequate inventory, coordinating delivery methods to minimize freight costs, and overseeing branch stocking programs and dealership delivery schedules.
• Leading business process excellence to drive overall efficiencies, supporting customer facing issue resolution and reporting requirements.
• Providing oversight to warehouse audits, with focus on inventory controls and safety by developing and implementing programs to maximize branch efficiency.
