o Fabric Care Planning Manager: leading site integrated planning team ensuring sufficient
organizational capability exists to support the planning operations and driving mastery within
planning organization, accountable for the overall execution of SIP work processes within the
category, delivery, and improvement of KPIs (cost, cash, and customer service).
o Contract Manufacturing Business Project Leader: leading fabric care new contract manufacturing
supply chain E2E design, nodes synchronization and startup.
o Leading artwork planning transition from Warsaw to Cairo PSC and artwork studio transition from
UK to India.
o Leading artwork processes, tools and KPIs deployment and development.
o Manage artwork projects from kickoff till delivery
o Distribution Requirement Planning: responsible for fabric enhancers finish products maintenance
and inventory replenishment within Europe distribution network sourced from Dammam plant.
o Short-term production planning: responsible for production lines operating strategy development
to ensure resources maximum utilization and finish product required capacity sufficiency.
o Material planning: responsible for production plan material availability while keeping inventory at
lowest point, and tracking / improving suppliers KPIs.
o Managing spare parts export logistics process E2E meeting after sales SLEA KPIs and customers’
requirements
o Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
o Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
o Responsible for assisting departments with supply requirements and budgetary cost estimates.
o Responsible for researching, locating, and engaging with new vendor sources to secure a
continuous stream of supplies.
o Manage purchase orders execution from issuance till delivery.
