Supporting and coordinating (from the office or directly on the field) the technical execution of orders for the supply of services.

Review inspection report and verify for compliance with PO requirements in consultation with QA/QC and respective discipline;
Prepare records reflecting a summary of vendor contacts, progress visits, inspection reports status etc. and maintain them in purchase order expediting file.
Issue shipping release to the vendor after obtaining shipping clearance from QA/QC. Expedite final data dossier from vendor;
Provide outstanding customer service, helping to manage queues while acting as a point of information for the passenger.
Persuade Customers receiving refund to also exchange the refund to their local currency.
Facilitates the flow of materials/components/packages of gas analysis to and from the various supplier at a job site. Guaranteeing the right materials arrive at the site at the right time.
