Is Responsible for
• Implement financial and accounting procedures approved by senior management and consistent with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant financial regulations
• Review incoming and outgoing documents in the accounting department, ensuring their accuracy and proper signatures.
• Manage journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Record financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner .
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Assist in managing cash flow and working capital.
• Preparing salaries and wages statements for employees and ensuring the accuracy of this data. - Preparing settlement entries at the end of the financial period based on the instructions of the Financial Director.
• Participating in periodic and annual inventory of materials and fixed assets, and matching them with their respective accounts.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements, identify discrepancies (if any), report to the CFO for review, and prepare necessary adjusting entries
• Reviewing contracts, payment terms, concluded guarantees, and extracts between the company, customers, and subcontractors. Preparing periodic reports on the position of customers and suppliers
• Stay up-to-date with tax regulations and ensure compliance. Assist in preparing and filing tax returns
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements .
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making
• Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits .Provide documentation and explanations as needed.
• Reporting to the financial manager any violations of financial policies or procedures applied by different departments, or any discrepancies found in periodic financial data.
• Knowledge of some government programs and websites such as : QIWA / MUDAD / MUQEEM / zakat and income

• Collect, audit and verify cost information and maintain an expenditure database
• Build data accumulation systems for the organization to identify and record fixed costs (such as salaries, rent, and insurance) and variable costs (such as purchasing raw materials and operational costs) and review the organization s standard and actual costs.
• Conduct cost accounting analysis to determine the cost of manufacturing a product or service, including direct and indirect costs
• Work with the joint departments to close the books monthly to prepare monthly/quarterly and annual financial reports and analyze the organization s profit margins.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual cost forecasts. Assisting in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze and recommend cost-effective solutions and direct organizational expenses, long-term contracts, inventory turnover, and profit margins .
