 Assists in the implementation of the (PAI, RFI, SIN, field observations reports and Control of Non-Conforming Items) program.
 Provides Field Quality reports.
 Assists in resolution of interface issues.
 Participates in constructability reviews.
 Participates in periodic contractor progress meetings and daily constrctions meeting
 Performs quality control of civil engineering and other functions as required.
 Familiar with codes and standards Specs published by the following organizations:
• IBC -• ACI -• CRSI -• ASCE- • AISC -• ASTM -• AASHTO -BS
 Inspect the works on site according to the planned procedures, ITP`s and method of statements
 Carry out regular analyses of non conformances reports (NCR), PNCR and corrective actions notes to identify areas of increasing or decreasing risk.
 To ensure and control that works are carried out according to the design defined by the Design Consultant.
 Supervision of site QC activities (Hotel, Appartements Buildings, Villas, Banquet hall, S. pools, beach restaurant, Mango toast, kids club) for the following tasks:-
 Checking RFT.steel detail as per approved shopdrawings
 Checking insulation and the form works.
 Checking Concreting and excavations works.
 Checking the landscaping works
 Checking the finishing works
 Checking the structrual steel works

Implement and maintain the project quality control plan.
Inspect the works on site according to the planned procedures and ITP`s and report these inspections to the head of department.
Carry out regular analyses of non conformances and corrective actions to identify areas of increasing or decreasing risk.
Carry out the identification, collection, disposition, filing, storage and handover of all project quality records.
To ensure and control that works are carried out according to the design defined by the Design Consultant.
Ensuring that a quality system is established and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001
Reporting on the performance of the quality system to the management for review and as a basis for improvement of the quality system and expediently resolve any non-conformances associated with the effective implementation of this policy and the approved Project Quality Management System.
Follow up concrete production include supervision QC batch plant and lab activities.
Perparation of precedures and ITP's.
Preparation and folow up IRF, NCR, RFI, CTQ.
Supervision of site QC activities (Main Building, Fingers Buildings, TB3 Bridge, Power plant structure, Substations no.10, 11, 12, Pre-Cast Beams yard, Upron towers, Remote park area, Utilities Tunnels and Infrastructure Works) for the following tasks:-

Checking insulation and the form works.
Checking Concreting and excavations works.
Checking lab procedure and testing in the site
Checking and inspecting pre cast units and its installation.

Woeking as Superindendent Q.C. Engineer in Construction of Quay wall (1200 m length, Diaphragm walls 63 m depth and Dredged canal "280, 000, 000 $")

 Panels / Barrettes excavation and geometry checking using (echo sound equipment)
Steel cages inspection and installation, Slurry tests of bentonite and concrete testing follow up
Checking the instrumentation (cathodic protection, inclinometers, piezometer)
Appliance the inspections and audits due to project's specifications and ITP'S
Check the RFT. Detail as per shop drawings of the super-structure of the quay wall ( it consist of copping beam, capping beam, main girder, pre-cast slabs, transition slabs and cast in situ slabs, fenders, bollards )
Check of the surveying works on site \[ Quay wall surveying - Formwork survey- Dredging surveying (Hydrographic survey)\].
Check of concrete laboratory procedure (auditing-testing-….)
Make the daily, weekly and monthly update reports in order to send it to the main office of HAMZA ASSOCIATES.
