• Provide leadership for the dissemination of Company's values, vision, and mission at the Regional office level.
• Keep abreast on socio-economic and political changes in the environment and undertake a timely review of areas that need improvement in the rapidly changing environment.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with local organizations and networks and establish national strategic relations and alliances with partners and civil society working in common cause with Company' objectives and ensure Company' remains relevant to the changing needs of disadvantaged people in Egypt and Africa

• Ensure the preparation, accuracy and timely submission of financial reports that comply with grant or contract agreements and ensure compliance with all aspects of Company' policies

• Participates in regular meetings with the management team and all staff for the purpose of exchanging information, coordination, and learning.
• Ensure the Region management team is effective, mutually supporting and sufficiently involved in decision making, communication, and learning.

Drive highly visible strategic projects, working cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze
opportunities, and develop solutions and actionable recommendations and results through a
rigorous, data-driven process
Drive the operational cadence for the group, measure and track critical KPIs and initiatives

management are developed, managed and preserved through the use of NORIA and industry
standards and norms
Responsible for the development of commercial activity in the MENA region by developing a branded
pricing and promotional model - specific to each country, and working with the relevant distributors
to increase distribution and ROS in each market.
Responsible for establishing a clear plan to increase the Noria's market share in MENA by
formulating and implementing an aggressive new business and account development strategy,
