Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and implement the projects HSE strategy, HSE management plan, and management system for the projects which aligns with the client corporate HSE expectations and performance requirements.
• Ensure that baseline health impact assessments are carried out in accordance with the requirements.
• Ensure the implementation of specific HSE training programs in line with the projects training and competency matrix. e.g. Behavioral safety, hazard and risk management, etc.
• Establish an effective working relationship with the relevant Regulatory Authorities that complies with the requirements for communicating with external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify hazards in the workplace.
• Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices for compliance with corporate and government health and safety standards and regulations.
• Design and implement workplace processes and procedures that help protect workers from potentially hazardous work conditions.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify their causes and to determine how they might be prevented in the future.
• Conduct training on a variety of topics such as how to use safety equipment correctly and how to respond in an emergency.
• Recommend measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work condition.
• Develop or maintain hygiene programs, such as noise surveys, continuous atmosphere monitoring, ventilation surveys, or asbestos management plans.

Job Responsibilities:
• Investigate / record incidents, accidents, complaints and cases of ill health.
• Undertake risk assessments and site inspections.
• Identify potential hazards & determine ways of reducing risks.
• Write internal health and safety policies.
• Compiling Health & Safety statistics.
• Draw-up safe operational practices and making necessary changes.
• Make presentations to groups of employees/managers.
• Provide health and safety meetings and training courses for employees.
• Liaise with relevant authorities & customers for health & safety related issues.
• Keep up to date and ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation.
• Maintain current health & safety credentials for his assigned position.
• Gather related customer health & safety documentation.
• Identification of training requirements.
• Identification of workplace hazards and corresponding personal protective equipment.
