• Handle all CRM - customer relation management of the group to maintain best business relations

Responsibilities:
• Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
• Evaluate Business opportunities in the region
• Develop ambitious plans to expand the role of the group in the market
• Oversee all operations and business activities and supervise the execution of set plans and ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and missions.
• Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
• Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
Middle East operational Manager for PizzaExpress chain of restaurants. Overall responsibility for operational standards, new site development, equipment and food procurement, preparing annual budgets and monitoring cost and communicate and co-operate with the franchisor on new procedure and improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare annual budgets for the next financial year
• Prepare monthly projections in advance for the following months.
• Monitor sales and variable costs and take appropriate action.
• In conjunction with the regional manager work towards regional budgets & projections in terms of sales, profitability and minimizing costs.
• Ensure specific needs of staff and management is met
• Verify that product and service quality standards are consistently met at all levels of operations.
• Communicate and co-operate with the franchiser on new procedure / or improvements.
• In conjunctions with the franchiser, assess the viability of prospective sites, and text and approve new products and equipment.
