Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Serve dishes and beverages according to fine dining protocols.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests or complaints immediately.
Clear tables, reset them for the next seating, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Assist with end-of-shift cleaning tasks, including polishing cutlery and glassware.

Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival through to departure.
Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Supervise all Front Desk employees ensuring guests are taken care of in a professional and friendly manner.
Verify all cashier closures of Front Desk Agents on shift end for billing and attachment accuracy.
Ensure all guest registrations are completed and correspond with Opera PMS guest information.

Training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance task.
Oversee staff performance on a daily basis.
Checking rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness.
Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards.
Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
Respond to customer complaints and special requests.

Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out.
Respond to all guest questions and requests.
Answer and forward phone calls.
Manage guest bookings and reservations.
Providing rooms keys for guests.
