• Develop a pool of qualified candidates (CVs) in advance of need
• Assist in writing job descriptions.
• Place Job posts through selected recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs, select and short list potential freelancers.
• Schedule tests panel and conduct tests with top selected candidates.
• Contact accepted applicants and send job offers/notify unsuccessful ones via e-mail.
