Position: PROJECT CONSTEUCTION MANAGER Project: DN073 Roads and Infrastructure in Duhail South and Umm Lekhba (Zone 30 & 31) - Package 1 (Client: Public Work Authority; Consultant: Al Khaleej Engineering & Industrial Consultancy).
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Developing and monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements;
2. Managing, directing and monitoring project teams (Construction Civil/Mechanical/Electrical, Survey, Quantity Survey, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Health/Safety/Security/Environment, Technical, Procurement, Planning, Cost Control, Lean, Human Resources, Stakeholder, Public Relations, Stores, Plant);
3. Attending management meetings (Client/Consultant/Authority/CEO/Project);
4. Overseeing all aspects of assigned construction works to ensure compliance with scope, budget, schedule, specifications, health, safety, environmental standards, contractual requirements and client needs;
5. Assessing variations (cost and time) and contractual claims;
6. Identifying risks and recommending mitigation plans;
Producing reports for senior management on project status
• FIELD SPECIALTY
1. Infrastructure: construction and upgrading of primary infrastructure: Foul Sewer, Storm Water, District Cooling, Treated Sewage Effluent, Irrigation, Potable Water, Gas, Telecommunication, Extra Low Voltage Network, Qatar National Broadband Network, Electrical Network (Medium Voltage & Low Voltage), Street Lighting, Intelligent Traffic System Network, State Security Department, Micro-tunneling;
2. Roads: sub-grade and sub-base laying, asphalt paving, road marking, parking, footpath, street furniture;
3. Structural Work: sewer pumping station, sewer lifting stations, electrical substations, precast plant, attenuation tank;
4. Earthworks: filling/cutting roads and subdivisions, mechanical crusher site plant;
5. Landscape: execution of softscape work and hardscape work;
6. Engineering: technical support, design review and site coordination;
7. Testing/Commissioning/Handingover to Authority: PWA, OOREDOO, MARAFEQ, LCO, MOI & KAHRAMAA.

Project: CP06B Primary Infrastructure for Waterfront Residential and Al-Kharaej Towers (Client: Lusail (LREDC); PM/CM: Parsons International Ltd; Consultant: Dorsch Gruppe & Marafeq).
Project: Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning (EPIC) for Earthworks, Roads and Infrastructure for Gabbro Support Services Area and Light Industrial Area in Messaieed Community Area. (Client: Messaieed Industrial City; Third Party Inspector: Velosi).
