Presales activities for premium government accounts such as the Ministry of Interior, Saudi Emergency Force, Facilities Security Forces, Public Security, and the Ministry of Health.
Maintain the existing vendor’s partnership & build a new partnership with more vendors.
Study and Evaluate tender documents including Specifications, Drawings, and BOQ and Preparation of Technical Proposal.
Responsible for various Network and Low-Current Systems Solution Design.
Building & designing end-to-end integrated networks and security solutions as per the RFP requirement using the latest technology.
System design based on client’s requirements, the design includes setting specifications of hardware, software, technical drawings, and IT infrastructure for the solutions; might need to specify other requirements that include power, mechanical and electrical requirements for the project execution.
Identifying the complete requirement of RFP and prepare BOQ for hardware and software to meet the bid requirement.
Communicate with clients and vendors for inquiries and technical issues.
Performing site surveys and prepare site survey reports to fully understand the RFP/Tender.
Worked closely with customers on the technical requirements to provide technical solutions - Identified requirements, including technical details sufficient for product definition.
Met with customers to understand their current technical environment, key business issues/drivers, and future technology requirements.
Search for the required hardware and software as per RFP requirements.
Prepare a compliance sheet for the competitive analysis between the RFP requirements and proposed items.
Working Closely with project implementation team for preparing PIP(Project Implementation Plan), HLD (High-Level Design), MOP(Method of Procedure)
Preparing costing sheets for the bids and price offers.
Making ensure while preparing a technical document that completed proposals meet client/bid requirements.
Consulting and cooperating with the other concerned team member to finally create technical and commercial proposals in response to the RFP/tender.
Preparing price comparison sheets for the prices received from different suppliers or vendors.
Effective coordination with the sales team to provide the solution which is technically and commercially competent.
Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department.
Responsible for preparing for meeting and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
Support costumers in preparing the RFP/RFQ documents, HLD design and building the requirements based on the customer needs.
