-responsible for helping members of the public select and organise their ideal holiday on a limited budget
-help people plan, choose and arrange their holiday and also offer advice and opinions on where to go and local tourist attractions, events and customs.
-Planning and selling Package holiday operators, accommodations, transportations, Cruise lines, and other travel services
-Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
-Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers
-Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
-Tell clients about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents, such as passports or visas
-Give advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions
-Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment using our booking systems ( GTA, Lots Of Hotels, Destination Of The World, E-Travele Gate, All In One, HotelBeds, Gate Tours, ... )
-Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, modifications or refunds
-Enter data into our software and maintain client files
