Developing & maintaining external relationships with essential contacts such as Partner, External Auditors, Bankers (up to 9 banks), Solicitors, Franchisors, Insurer & others.
Developing financial management mechanisms to minimize financial risk.
Monitor trade bank guarantees: opening, amending and renewing LCs, SBLCs & LGs.
Cash management: daily inflows from 104 trading shops to 24 various bank accounts.
Representing the company in the court room in various law cases.
Facilitating a course in Basic Finance for managers.
Preparing for the integration of the new upcoming VAT Tax Law.
