My duty in Club Med was to supervisor the status of conference rooms before the day of meetings for they were devoted for international meetings of famous companies, i help the team to do the set up and coordinate with other services to provide customers with everything they needed.
Completed dissertation in final year: Demonstrate the key- skills for retaining customers through relationship marketing, suggesting some new tactics for this purpose basing my research on a hotel as a case study.
Completed dissertation in final year: I provided an analysis of the effects of TV advertising on people merely children, working on some ads through filming techniques and communication tools. This project received a good result and gave a good understanding of the influential side of communication in people’s life.
