Managing the various interfaces within the TROJENA Project Spans between the Gulf of Aqaba ad
the Red Sea. This is between 6 clusters named Relax, Valley, Fun, Gateway, discover, Explore and
the Site Wide Design Consultant for roads and utilities.
• Manage the interfaces with the various sectors for Utilities of the project who are representing the
governmental body of the client NEOM.
• Preparing Interface Management Procedures
• Managing Interface Meeting and discussion among IFL (Interface Leaders), IFP ( Interface Partners),
LDC ( Lead Design Consultant and MDC ( Multi Design Consultant), PMC team and Client.
• Organize Workshops and Prepare Interface Matrix and Logs
• Assist Project Leaders to close all identified Risks and Interfaces.
