Responsible for analysis and release of routine, validation, trial and investigation samples of finished products as per approved procedures and company specifications.
Attend weekly and daily meeting with other departments ( Logistics, Production, Engineering, Validation, QA and SLT) to align my team plan and targets as per updated company targets and release commitments.
Supervising daily analysis work as per plan with my team members to meet team commitments and give necessary support to lab department different teams' members to solve day to day problems encountered.
Representing my section (Finished product) in audits and fronting auditors (Self inspection - Internal audits - External Audit and Assurance) and fulfill their requests with minimal observations or findings.
Owing Several systems that support daily work of each team (HPLC Column System - 5S and Zoning System).
Owning system of handling out of specification incidence and participating in several lab investigation including performing several root cause analysis and setting appropriate CAPAs to rectify underlying root causes. In addition giving tremendous support to my managers for active compliance to local and global policies during ongoing investigations.
Subject Matter Expert of Statistical Quality Control functions in lab department in Cairo site
including (Online trending of finished products CQAs - project Owner - Measurement System Analysis - design of Experiment) along with Technical investigations of analytical Methods of Analysis.
Responsible for analysis and full documentation of stability samples of finished products planned for analysis as per approved procedures and company specifications.
