The company that I work is an IT solutions company. Reporting to the Team leader.
My main responsibility is:
- monitoring the whole data center (Ex. servers, Generators).
- troubleshooting. we work like IT helpdesk support.
My achievement is:
- keep an eye on monitoring systems all the time.
- As an IT support. I am trying to solve problem immediate.
Reason of leaving:
to get experience from another company.
I complete my bachelor studies at Higher college of technology with 3.19 out 4.
