Brand Trainer Responsibilities:
• Drive On boarding principles, by conducting Brand Standard Orientation.
• Single point of contact for Doha (Qatar) market on all Training related responsibilities.
• Working closely with RSC Dubai Training teams to better team member’s capabilities and customer experience at the regional level.
• Responsible for conducting all training session in market( Brand Training session, Buddy Training, Back to Basics for Crew & Operations Team, Refresher Training, RFSS Training, ROR Training, IHR Training, Magical Customer Service Training, LAST Training )
• To update organizational knowledge base with respect to BR/DD management guidelines.
• To plan and coordinate the implementation of training schedules in the market.
• Guiding Parlour In charge & Team Leaders in conducting effective on Job Training for the Team Member’s.
• To follow up on the training programs conducted through operational audits to confirm implementation.
• Driving Parlour in charge & Team Leaders meet every month, taking feedback and providing solutions in case of any challenges in training the restaurant teams.
• Conducting Retail Food Safety System audit in the restaurants every month, and providing with solutions on challenges faced
• Online Customer Feedback Tracking @ Qatar.
• Calibrate the restaurant training with RFSS, ROR & IHR tool.
• Conducting TTT (Train the Trainer) for new products and track the execution diligence for all the newly launched products in the market.
• Prepare a training MIS and report to Master Training Tracker, ROR & RFSS audit scores @ Qatar Market.
• Teaming up with Operations Team (Area Manager’s & Territory Manager) in driving sales and controlling the controllable.
• Responsible for roll out of LTO’s and New Menu launched in market ( Flavor of the Month)
• Teaming up with the Operations Team in driving monthly Team Engagement.
(Market Performance update, Training Update, Recognition (Employee of Month),
HR update).
Field Trainer Responsibilities:
• Drive On boarding principles, by conducting brand standard Orientation.
• Responsible for conducting all training session in market.
• Conduct Managerial training induction program for IDP and External managers.
• Calibrate the restaurant training with TMTS tool.
• Conduct TTT for all new Managers and certify as in store trainer.
• Prepare a training MIS and report to Manager Training India.
• Responsible for roll out of LTO’s and New Menu launched in market.
• Teaming up with Operations team (Area Coaches) in driving sales and controlling the controllable.
• Part of the bench planning panel for the market..
• Drive and continuously better the performance of the Training coordinators of the stores through periodic reviews and feedback thereby building their capabilities.
• Guiding restaurant management in achieving their training and operations related targets.
• Guiding restaurant management in conducting effective on job training for managers and team members.
• Conducting leadership competency training's for the Managers.
• Conducting Board of review for all managers in training after completion of their training.
• Conducting training for Buddy Trainers on training the newly hired team members.
• Designing training schedules for all the newly hired managers.
• Continuously tracking the manager’s training to make sure they are on right track and finish their training on time.
• Conducting TTT (Train the Trainer) for new products and track the execution diligence for all the newly launched products.
• Providing solutions to restaurant teams in co-ordination with cross functional team, in regards to any kind of operational challenges.
• Conducting Training audits in the restaurants once a quarter, and providing with solutions on challenges faced.
• Developed a new model to enhance customer experience in the stores.
• Assisting restaurants team on overcoming the challenges faced during operational audits.
• Actively/Passively being part of restaurant operations..
• Conducting Training co-ordinators (Assistant Restaurant Managers) meet every month,
