Contractual Role for Leading Supply Chain Business Transformation.
• Leading the Cross Functional teams (technical SAP Consultants and Business Process Owners) to Analyse business requirements and design effective SAP SCM Solutions (SD/MM).
• Focal Point of Contact on SAP Implementation Projects (MM/EWMS), ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentations to facilitate the understanding and usage of SAP SCM Functionalities.
• Proof reading Material / Vendor Master data file from Legacy System for upload to SAP HANA S4.
• Plan and Confirm Open PO / SO from the Customer team for Migration from the legacy system.
• Plan with cross team members in integration with other Non SAP applications to design efficient and secure data exchange integrations.
• Lead the Procure to Pay (P-2-P) and Order to Cash (O-2-C) Processes engaging Internal and External Stakeholders to finalize mapping on SAP Module.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues and coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve them based on SAP best practices.

• Developing e2e Procurement & Supply Chain Processes within the Company interacting with different departments such as Finance, Sales and Project Managers.
• Lead Manager for Procurement & Supply Chain Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Lead the Implementation of ERP “SAP HANA S4” for MM / EWMS Module
• SAP Order Cycle Management Quote to Cash.
• Process Mapping & Lead time analysis on Material delivery and Services across the Business lines
• Presenting Business Case / Gap Analysis on Re structuring business processes.
• Manage supplier relationships and execute supplier performance management techniques in accordance with standards and agreements.
• Contract Management for all Products / Services within MM Scope.
• Managed a team of 11 members including Associate Managers, Buyers and System Executives & In charge
• Leading Centralized Warehouse & Distribution Centre Planning (Manpower/Storage/Cost/Processes)
• Scratch Implementation of Laboratory Reagent Management System “COMED”
• Implementation of COMED throughout the Network of 114 LABs
• Demand / Forecast Management Coordinating with different Business Unit Heads
• Develop the Strategic plan with 3PL Partners to Optimize logistics flow across the supply chain to ensure products are supplied safely and in accordance with our customer expectations at the best cost.

• Procurement of third-Party Orders in Coordination with the Product line Manager
• Following up with the Contract Manager for PO Closure / Invoicing for Services & Products.
• Lead SO / PO and Invoicing for Equipment/Software/License in SAP
• CT Ownership for all third-Party Suppliers (Commscope/HP/Dell/Microsoft/Cisco etc ….)
• Open Order and Delivery status reports to PMs and Main Stakeholders
• Freight Forwarding and Delivery Management for all the Orders placed within the CT
• SAP Invoicing and Revenue reporting in Coordination with the Finance team (Period Closing)
• Warehousing and Distribution Centre Management with the LSP (DHL Global Forwarding)
• Material Forecasting in Coordination with the BU Head in Steelwedge
• Logistics Cost Baseline vs Actual reporting to the Regional Head.
• Monitoring KPIs on regular basis by extracting reports from SAP (Order Fulfilment and on time Delivery)
• Reporting Cost on dead items space utilization in LSP WHs
• Preparation of Escalation template in case of delays on Material delivery to Regional Plant Head
