As Assistant Manager Handling various Responsibilities such as
• Preparation of proposals for the new projects to the leads received from the business development team.
• Studying tender drawings & specifications, estimating quantities and costing it accordingly.
• Coordinating with the Consultant regarding the conflictions in the drawings and specification.
• Quoting materials to be used in the project matching with the consultant’s specification.
• Meeting Consultant/Contractor to clarify their queries regarding the scope of work.
• Handling the entire tendering procedure, i.e. BID Document, BOQ, Rate Analysis, Quantification and Compliance statements.
• Preparation of Resources plan for the projects.
• Progress review against Execution Plan on Daily basis and Milestone basis.
• Preparation of Project Execution Plan.
• Attending Client review meetings and handling project related issues from the client prospective.
• Certifying and processing sub-Contractor bills using ERP.
• Preparation of Client Running Bills.
• Preparation of Monthly site Budget
• Reconciliation of Quantities i.e. Client Vs Sub Contractor bills
• Updating and Solving ERP related Issues.
• Preparation of Project Cost Analysis & Variance analysis against actual progress.
• Review of the Sub Contractors and vendor finalization.
I and my team do the complete construction planning & management for our projects using ERP software and also I personal handle Tendering Dept.
Estimation and Proposals Department :
Preparation of BILL OF QUANTITIES, Detailed Estimation, BID Document, Schedule-A, E-Procurement and complete Tender Documents .
Sorting Out Issues Regarding Specifications, Rates, and Site Conditions.
With GMR worked at Hyderabad International Airport:
Handling the CARGO AGENTS TERMINAL BUILDING PROJECT as a PROJECT ENGINEER(QS/QC) Conducting Quality Test for construction materials and monitoring the site,
Highlights : Prepared Detailed Estimation and Billing of Quantities(BOQ) for CARGO AGENTS TERMINAL BUILDING.
Supervised complete Glass cladding, external Canopies, around the building and Interiors with there specifications .
With Larson & Toubro worked Hyderabad International Airport: Posted at PTB APRON, supervision of site labor, material, machinery used,
Carrying out work according to Main Design Sheet, Maintaining record of Bills (according to estimates),
Submission of daily work progress report.
