• Perform quality control inspections for earthworks, formwork, rebar, and concrete activities in strict compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES-Q-001) and project specifications.

• Monitor and verify excavation, subgrade preparation, concrete pouring, backfilling, and compaction operations, as per project specifications

• Conduct pre-pour and post-pour inspections for cast in-place concrete works, including dimensional checks, formwork alignment, rebar spacing, and embedment installation.

• Inspect formwork system for stability, cleanliness, release agents, and dimensions prior to concrete placement.

• Verify reinforcement steel types, bar bending schedules, bar diameters, spacing, and lapping length as per shop drawings and SAES standards.

• Witness and document concrete pouring activities, making sure that everything is done as per project specifications.

• Raise and close INCR's and implement corrective actions to resolve any quality non-conformities, coordinate approvals from the Aramco and maintain all records per
SAES requirements.

• Review material delivery and batch tickets for concrete, ensuring supplier compliance with approved mix designs and ARAMCO-approved batching plants.

• Follow up on LBE's including standard violations, pro active general comments and focus assessments.

• Maintain organized QA/QC documentation including Saudi Aramco inspection checklists, Saudi Aramco test reports, and final inspections done for handover.
