Reporting directly to Senior project manager who is leading a centralized technical team responsible to manage KSA and GCC Sales Depot projects.
My tasks and duties were including but not limited to:
• Managing of project site contractors to ensure the compliance of project timeline,
and the Health, safety, and quality policies and standards to achieve the project
deliverables.
• Manage and develop project management documents including Project charter,
project plan, project schedule, project Scope, project progress reports, payment
reports, closing and handover reports.
• Prepare and develop Scope of work (SOW), timeline, and cost estimation & budget
for new projects and capital expense.
• Review and evaluate contractor’s proposals and design to ensure technical
compliance.
• Effectively monitor and present project updates with decision makers, stakeholders,
clients, project team members in developing and to discuss the ongoing issues and
implementing solutions.
• Monitor project deliverables.
• Track and manage the financial performance of project, progress payments, work
schedule to ensure completion of project within budget.
Member of the Project team which looking for energy efficiency project cross all Almarai facilities in KSA and GCC. My duties to ensure that the project is implemented and completed as per the schedule and approved design, in coordination with the contractors and equipment vendors/suppliers and according to Almarai Health & Safety and Quality standards.
Member of the Project team which looking for Almarai Bakery factories projects in Jeddah. My duties to ensure the implementation of projects as per schedule and approved design, and to make sure the contractors following Almarai Health & Safety and Quality standards.
Support the capital Project team by managing all includes administrative tasks, Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, visa and accommodation for project contractors & consultants, project documentation, SAP activities, managing all staff holiday plans and associated HR activities.
