- Leading and managing a team of cabin crew onboard the aircraft to consistently deliver an excellent standard of performance.
- Ensuring the highest levels of performance of the crew on a given day particularly in Safety and Customer Service.
- Observe and evaluate workers' appearance and performance to ensure quality service and compliance with specifications.
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork. Analyze and record personnel or operational data and write related activity reports.
- Ensuring that all aspects of safety and security are managed onboard flights in line with regulatory and Company standards and in compliance with current Company procedures.
- Motivating and leading the cabin crew team and providing accurate and timely feedback to crew regarding operational issues such as safety, punctuality and crew performance.
- Coaching and Developing Others - Identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.
- Maximizing sales revenue onboard and ensuring that sales trends, patterns and issues are communicated to the wider Cabin Operations Management Team.
- Apply customer/guest feedback to service improvement efforts.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding worker performance or services rendered.
- Support senior management team by writing and editing speeches, presentation, talking points, scripts and other communication as needed.
- Research audience expectations, event agenda, topics and remarks of other speakers.
- Perform content and image research and develop speech outlines for executive approval.
- Draft, proof and edit executive-level presentations, memorandums, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate preparation and timely dissemination of necessary documents.
