Serving Al Hilal Bank with below responsibilities:
• End user support : Citrix VDI, VDA. AVD, ThinClient
• Providing a professional IT service by supporting end users over the phone, remotely and in-person.
• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting laptops, PCs, smart devices and MFPs.
• Supporting the roll-out and roll-back of new hardware and applications.
• Creating clear guideline documents for team, and train the Helpdesk resources when required.
• Reporting on resolved incidents and service requests to line manager on weekly basis.
• Taking images of laptops and PCs with updated security patches to meet the current SOP.
• Coordinating with System Admin, Security, Network, UNIX, Database and Application teams for complex technical issues.
• Monitoring and reporting the progress of incidents/ service request activities and ensuring execution of agreed SLA.
• Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines.
• Risk mitigation planning
• Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.
• Define software/ hardware/ network problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.
• Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems.
• Use call logging system to accurately record requests.
Serving Al Hilal Bank with below responsibilities:
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core managed print solution applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases
• Administration of SafeQ/PaperCut/Equitrac (Print Management).
• Configure Xerox MFDs and troubleshooting.
• Responding to client support requests.
• Active Database synchronization : LDAP/AD
• Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines.

- Improve the department's efficiency by developing/enhancing and implementing all processes and procedures.
- Manage data collection and consolidation of the division's reports to ensure the provision of reliable inventory, cost control and financial data.
- Support internal hotel projects, tracking necessary action and updating reports as progress is made.
- Assist to monitor service and food and beverage standards in all outlets so that managers can take corrective actions as necessary.
