Function as liaison between customers and wealth management unit. Responsible for smooth operation of segment investment accounts. Execute and oversee due diligence, KYC, and account opening procedures. Promote investment and insurance products to high-net worth individuals, including cold calling, seminar presentations, and individual client meetings. Implement financial plans, and supervise account performance. Manage customer relationships, including account maintenance, and cross-selling.
