• Purchasing order processing, various types of purchase orders, sub-contracting, Consignment, Stock transport orders, Scheduling agreement, contracts.
• Creation of Material Master data and Vendor Master Data, Purchase Info Record, and Source list.
• Configuration of Document types and Number Ranges for Purchasing Documents.
• Release Strategy's for Purchasing requisition and purchase orders.
• Maintain, configure, test master data in the SAP system to run it properly.
• Involved in the detailed understanding and gathering requirements during the Roll-Outs and also in customizing activities.
• Timely resolution of end user queries assigned by the help desk and if necessary proactive discussions on critical issue with the users.

RTIC will provide engineering skills to help drive innovation through to implementation at an operational level. This center introduces next-generation technologies for mining operations that aim to reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve health, safety and environmental outcomes.

Responsibilities
• Understanding the business process and collecting necessary details from Client.
• Testing of customization as per design specifications and as per client requirements. Testing the system for business process for Materials Management by creating material and vendor master records. Different types purchase orders, receiving invoice, physical inventory, invoice processing etc.
• Creating plants, purchasing organizations and assigning to company codes and also doing the related configurations.
• Creation of Material Master data and Vendor Master Data, Purchase Info Record, and Source list.
• Configuration of Release Strategy's for Purchasing Documents.
• Setting configuration for stock transfer order for a plant.
• Creation of new storage types for a warehouse.
• Analysis of WM issue related to movement types, transfer orders.
• Creating serial numbers and assign them during goods movement.
• Conducted regular training for the key users and end users on SAP functionality's and navigation through screens. Prepared documents and end user manual for training.
• Conduct problem analysis and explain the solution to the user.
