JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all aspects of recruiting for the corporate office and subsidiaries (clinics). Managing day to day resourcing, advertising, interviewing and consulting with individual hiring managers in regards to appropriate staffing and HR strategies. In charge of the final review of monthly payroll.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Managing and organizing all hiring processes from start-to-finish - recruiting candidates, assessing resumes, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding all new employees.
 Partnering with hiring managers to create job descriptions, establish hiring process and administrative components of the onboarding and licensing processes.
 Directing on-boarding, inclusive of conducting all new hire orientation trainings and pre-employment processes of licensing, background checks.
 Assisting in reducing recruitment costs.
 Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders.
 Identifying and recommending recruitment strategies for all assigned open positions and communicate strategies with hiring managers, leverage online recruiting resources and in-house recruiting tools to identify and recruit the best candidates.
 Creating and employing an effective sourcing strategy with successful techniques to identify a high quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost effective manner, to include phone sourcing, internet, social media, job fairs and networking.
 Creating and maintaining strong relationships with the recruitment agencies.
 Reviewing and verifying the monthly payroll of the corporate office and all subsidiaries.
