Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to automate and streamline

handling their ITSM (INC/PRB/CHG/Service Catalog), Service Portal.
Creation of new Service Catalog Items, order guides, record producers and
modifying existing ones as per the new requirement
Recently worked on multiple third party Integrations like(Jira, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune)
Deploying the developed code to Stage/QA/Production instances using Update
sets
Following agile process to develop and deploy code in development and
production environments.
Requirements gathering: Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand
business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provided support for day-to-day issues faced by end user
Modify forms, lists, and UI pages according to business requirements.
Ensure that changes are documented, reviewed, and implemented following best
practices.
Creating and Configuring SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Design and maintain change management workflows.
Ensure that incidents and problems are appropriately categorized, prioritized, and
resolved.
Configure workflows for incident and problem management.
Set up and maintain modules, forms, fields, lists, and views.
Use web services, REST APIs, and other integration techniques to facilitate data
exchange.
