Audit and Ensure that all Shipping products are properly controlled, inspected and without any defect And ensures that all Received quantities and their styles are properly confirmed as per plan.
Audit and confirm that all ISO & SOP procedures are followed by contractor , confirm the availability of personal protection equipment, Audit housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety standards IN ORDER TO ensure the safety of operations, people and equipments.
Audit the Received finished product from the production line and up-dating of SAP & PHLMS system
Audit the condition and maintainability of loading equipments and the up-dating of equipment checklist on daily basis.
Audit, Reviews and checks daily work activities with contractor. Ensures that pilling needs are efficiently and effectively executed to the required standards of safety and quality. Carries out Inventory checking after product is placed in location “pilled” .
Coordinate with Contractor to evaluate and report the performance of maintenance work quarterly and update the department on that. and set up proper preventive maintenance (PM).
Audit and evaluate the contractor performance report related to receiving and maintenance quarterly and up-date department manager on that. and set up proper machines preventive maintenance (PM).
Provides necessary support and assistance to the Emergency Response Team (ERT) during any plant emergencies.

1. Take control the usage and inventory of logistic materials, spare part, chemical additives, and Polyethylene (HDPE & LDPE), the details are:
• Record the materials movement and stock balance on store.
• Monitoring, controlling and ensure the materials usage in properly purposes.
• Receive materials arrival and ensure meeting the specification required.
• Issue the order of the materials to maintain the stock on optimum quantity or to response higher demand.
• Stock take polyethylene (HDPE/LDPE) product in warehouse 1/2/3.
2. Monitoring and controlling PE Loading Activities
• Make sure the PE Loading/Stuffing covered-by and has to accord with the supported documents.
• Make sure the truck movement in good order and safely
• Coordination with Contractor (TNT Logistic) to complete PE Loading/Stuffing.
• Make sure loading area on clean condition and tidiness, and coordination to housekeeping activity.
3. Coordination with contractor (TNT Logistic) for PE (HDPE/LDPE) Warehousing:
• Routine patrol and controlling of PE stacking inspection in term of tidiness, position, housekeeping, labeling, etc.
• Make sure forklift operation accord with procedure and safety order.
4. Monitoring and Coordination to re-bagging/rework.
• Coordination with contractor (TNT Logistic) and Production Department to make sure that defect bags is prepared, handled properly, and product handover.
• Coordination with QC team for quality assurance to product re-bagged/rework, and sent Polyethylene sample.
• Provide reports regarding manual sealing activities.
• Coordination with related parties for doing other Polyethylene reworks.
