I worked as student nurse during my training in the college, where I had an opportunity to work in different hospitals such as Tamale central hospital, Tamale west hospital and tamale Teaching hospital. As a staff nurse my role was as fellows: assisting medical officer in ward rounds, admission and discharging of clients, administration of intravenous and intramuscular medications, monitering of degerous ill patients, documentation of performed procedures, management of ward and supervision students nurses
Also as a rotation/internship nurse my role included the following:taking part in ward rounds, Roriing in general medical and surgical wards as well as to the specialized units to gainecperience, Administration of drugs to clients and assisting clients to do activities of daily living
