1. Work with the F & B Manager.
2.Organize various food festivals, restaurant promotions or special
occasions.
3. Monitor the daily number of covers and the average check of the
restaurant.
4.Manage the beverage costs as per the budgeted limit. 5.Taking guest orders,
Handling enquiries & taking reservations, if necessary.
6.Setting up buffet counters on time and replenish as and when required
Maintaining buffet cleanliness.
7.Providing quick and personalized service to the guests.
8.Stay aware of non - available items, menu preparation, portions and
presentations.
