Key of responsibilities and achievements:
-Develop the HR Manual and Employee handbook.
-Develop all Job descriptions.
-Develop and update training and development programs.
-Develop key performance indicator strategy.
-Develop recruiting sources.
-Introduce and develop a succession plan.
-Develop and update Grade and pay Structures.
-Lead the recruitment team in term of hiring and deployment.
-Formulate strategies and to help develop and improve HR functions in each area.
-Provide technical assistance to field personnel, as required, i.e. explanation of policies, benefits, procedures, etc.

-Provide personnel support to the projects supervisors. This may include analysis of wages, preparation of position descriptions… etc.
-Develop and update Grade and pay Structures.
-Develop and update training and development programs.
-Maintaining the work structure by develop updating job requirements, job descriptions for all positions.
-Develop the orientation program.
-Develop and implement a performance Management system (PMS) to enhance employee’s productivity through managing their performance.
-Sign agreements with various agencies of contracts inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

-Correcting legal situation of more than 1500 employees and family members.
-Develop program to follow up the recruitment within schools.
-Develop and update all policies and procedures for all HR functions.
-Develop all Job descriptions of the company and schools.
-Contracting with a consultant company to develop salary scale and wages.
-Build a good relationship with all relevant parties such as ( local and foreign education department in ministry of education, ministry of labor, Riyadh municipality, ministry of commerce …etc)
-Lead the team to start up the companies’ first international campus project " Al Forsan international school'' by: Following-up constructions, Purchase all school equipment, hiring administration and educational staff, Contracting with security guards company, contracting with local and international recruitment agencies and Communicate with "Persons company" to obtain US academic accreditation for school…etc).
-Provide technical assistance to the personnel and administration sections.

-Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, timetables, travel arrangements.

-Writing meeting minutes.
-Monitor the implementation of the decisions contained in the minutes of the meeting.
