Duties include project management; conducting scientific research; performing business development activities; carrying out risk management and analysis; monitoring the execution and progress of all ongoing projects assigned; supervising the preparation of required proposals to prospective clients; assisting during contract negotiations and preparation of the contract documents and analyzing contractual obligations; establishing staff budgets.
Also, responsibilities included coordinates current and forecasted project activities with the responsible Division Head and with the departments' managers and to assure that team members are working towards the same objectives and goals and establishes and maintains coordination between engineering staff and Client technical representatives.
