•Supervised and coached all medical expatriates and national staff, elaborated with them their objectives at the start of their mission, followed them up and did individual mid and end-term evaluation and offered technical support.
•Responsible for recruiting, setting up and recommending strong human resource structure to effectively meet the goals and objectives of the project.
•Directed and guided all medical staff towards achieving the project's medical operational priorities and strategies.
