•Monitor and improve rider performance.
• Daily monitoring of application and following up with general trade & key account users.
• Defining trade engagement program structure according to tier.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Enter user details & contracts data is always up to date on CRM.
• Create monthly reports & presentation for all the territories/channel.
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
• Manages and submits required records of quarterly incentive.
• Follow-up with general trade & key accounts users on daily basis related to trade engagement program.
• Coordinate with the territory team monitor the performance of all the users.
• Monitor active/inactive users count for each contract and report it to the management.
• Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
• Handling all driver related properties like: Total devices, Fuel Cards, Live fleet tracking of all vehicles.
• Set daily route plan for all driver according to area wise.
• Incentive planning and calculations based on trade program points.
• Handling device tracking files for all the users.
• Track order related Issues, find out issue as it happens by logistics and or user end.

Duties Include -
• Planning the Deal of the Day.
• Prepare needed materials or requirements for listing.
• Coordinate with Supplier and Product teams within the company.
• Create products in Online System, Product specs and link it with Enterprise System.
• Source information of products from the internet to update the master file and product information.
• Performs program support tasks such as organizes forms; photoshoots; meetings; reports and maintains
program materials and educational handouts for new recruits.
• Utilizes computerized data entry equipment and various word processing, spreadsheet and file
maintenance programs to enter, store and/or retrieve information as requested or otherwise
Necessary and summarizes data in preparation of standardized reports.
• Work in team to develop product offers and promotions.
• Arrange Product stock and coordinate with Warehouse team.
• Select products for online listing, negotiate prices and Terms & conditions.
• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and form.
Able to work independently and in a team under strict deadline with minimum supervision.
• Self-motivated, able to set effective priorities and implement decisions to meet operational deadlines.
• Adapt easily to new concepts and responsibilities.
• Willing to assume responsibility.
• Well determined and hard working.
