• Execution and supervision of all construction activities as per the construction method statement for structure and finishing especially external facade.
• Execution of required work through explaining and delegating tasks to surveyors, foremen, subcontractors.
• Monitoring, controlling, and coordinate the works of different trade of subcontractors and report on their progress, quality and trends for problems delays to project engineer / construction manager.
• Responsible for daily construction activity of the site, coordinating with project engineer, construction manager, MEP coordinator, consultants, sub-contractors and all concerned functional department .
• Responsible for ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, to budget, and to the required quality, in line with the project’s requirements.
• To order materials including take off of quantities and arrange deliveries.
• Identify any inconsistency errors or omissions in drawings and resolve. Coordinating with the consultant for inspection.
• Responsible to carry out specified inspection/ test in accordance with relevant inspection.
• Overseen quality and safety matter on the site and ensures that regulations are adhered to.
• Ensuring that activities are in accordance with the approved drawings, contract specifications and method statements.
• Handling and supervising all civil works and ensures that construction activities are satisfying with all quality control standards.
• Planning the construction activities daily, weekly and monthly.
