Working Experience in oral solids and liquids, creams, ointments and topical solutions Plant.
Having Knowledge and successfully Represent MOH Qatar, MOH Oman audit.
Preparing shift activity reports, daily plant generation details.
Preparing Preventive Maintenance document (Planner, Checklist, History Card, and Intimation).
Performing Sanitization of Purified water distribution loop.
Preparing and Update SOP for AHU, Utility systems and Process Equipment’s.
Ensuring reporting of defects during normal running condition.
Preparing permits during shut down.
Following up mechanical activities and ensuring safety measures during activities.
Planning and effecting changeover schedules of various equipment’s and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
Identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools.
Co-ordination & Execute the HVAC, BMS & Process validation & revalidation.
Handling Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance for process equipment.
Calibration of Instrumentation (In-House & Third Party).
Performing Preventive Maintenance and Operation of Chiller (Absorption & Magnetic), Boiler, WFI System, Cooling Tower, Firefighting Station, Production machineries & Ware House machineries.
Performing Maintenance of rotating equipment Like Brine compressors, Vacuum pumps, belt conveyors, Centrifugal & reciprocating Pumps, Mechanical Seals, Gear Boxes, Air compressors, Multi and Single stage pumps, Fans and Blowers.
Performing Maintenance of static equipment like Heat Exchangers (evaporators, condensers, economizer, air preheaters),
Prepare and update annual Calibration of Planner.
Performing Calibration of Plant Process Instrument.
Responsible for Qualification of new machines (DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ) with concerned department.
Coordination and planning with external calibration/validation Agency for out sourced calibration.
Validation of HVAC system & equipment. Eg. Stability room, chamber, thermal mapping of area, oven, freezer, autoclave, filter integrity test, flow pattern, air velocity, particle count, recovery test. Air balancing etc.
Performing Compressed air quality test with Gastec Tube.
Responsible for SAT & FAT
Breakdown maintenance
Analysis of breakdown tread & generating, implementing actions for breakdown reduction. Analyzing breakdowns to solve critical breakdowns, repeated breakdowns. Co-ordination with external agency to attend breakdowns to special machines.
Handling Breakdown of Equipment’s. (Manufacturing Tanks, Parts Washing machine, Filling Capping machine& Autoclave).
Spare part management:
Planning for procurement of spares as required for preventive & breakdown maintenance. Follow-up & co-ordinate with purchase department for the same review of Min-max list with purchase to reduce inventory & varieties of spares.
1. Performing calibration on dimensional, mass, volume, pressure, temperature and electro- technical equipment/instruments.
2. Calculations of measurement uncertainty of measuring instrument as per NABL guide line.
3. Calibrating the tools and equipment used for material testing in different industries like production and construction
4. Ensuring all the equipment’s are calibrated on a periodic basis
5. Reviewing and comparing the data collected from the calibration machines and the ideal data 6.Analyzing the data and producing reports/certificates based on them after doing uncertainty calculation.
7. ensuring that the equipment’s used for calibration are best maintained & traceable to NABL.
