Technically and professionally qualified civil engineer, Tendering & bidding department. I had more than 12 years experienced in bidding to civil, mechanical and electrical work. and all types of civil construction works such as high rise buildings, villas, compound, industrial plants buildings, infrastructure etc.

Position Specific

• Work with estimators to develop a basis to interrogate Contractor Estimates
• Validate the appropriateness of performance measures prior to execution
• Assist in assessment of Contractor Claims
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and specifications for projects for bidding schedule
• Prepare and update Bills of Approximate Quantities
• Control construction costs by accurate measurement of the work plant and materials required
. Understand the implications of design decisions at an early stage to ensure that good value for money is obtained
• Undertake cost planning, cost analysis, site measurements for progress payments and variations which occur on site and Report on job progress and cost control
• Apply costs knowledge, work/labor pricing and measurement of labor and materials
