• Assisting Property Owners with leasing & accepting rent payments, security
deposits and other applicable fees.
• Advertising available properties & Facilities.
• Maintaining and storing documentation effectively
• Liaising with tenants to provide information & address their complaints and
concerns.
• Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and vacate.

• Customer service/ Front Desk/Reception
• Immediate attend to every visitor,
• Greeting visitors in a professional friendly manner,
• Directing customers and visitors to the concerned departments,
• Taking Calls,
• Informing the Personal Assistants or the required person that the guest/client has
arrived,
• Incoming and outgoing mails.
