I was responsible for assisting the Western Cape & Northern Cape provinces of South Africa in pertinence to the Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) & Liquid Board Packaging (LBP) aka Tetra Pak Recycling Industry & waste management of these states by:
o Engaging with Local & District Municipalities, Metropolitans & Provincial Government in order to assist with their solid waste & environmental management projects.
o Facilitating workshops for Municipal Officials, Counsellors, Small, Medium & Micro Enterprises as well as Waste Collectors.
o Providing Infrastructure & Equipment support orientated towards any entity in the above recycling value chains to increase collective capacity.
o Conducting site visits.
o Mentoring waste pickers on various subjects (recycling, financial management & conflict management etc.).
o Assessing & advising Municipal Integrated Waste Management Plans.
o Registering Waste Pickers onto the PRO service fee system.
o Assisted the Marketing Team with social media and Brand Advertising.

I was responsible for designing & implementing new health and safety measures by:
o Providing toolbox talks for their staff,
o Updating their health & safety files & finding new compliance standards of addressing various non-conformities, leveraging my knowledge in designing programs - conducting detailed training sessions, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
o Performing on-site hazard evaluations, building emergency response plans, conducting safety inspections and audits, and producing detailed HSE reports.
o Leading meetings on the reinforcement of safety practices and regulations. In addition, I possess a keen ability to develop and enforce safety policies and procedures while demonstrating a talent for forging strong relationships with vendors, team members, and leadership across all levels.

o Being employed at Elite Washrooms Solutions, I have also grown to become very knowledgeable of the Hygiene sector with affiliation to chemicals needed for specific services & chemical deep cleaning, installation of washrooms equipment, rotation of staff servicing, pricing & advising for the best types of paper needed for various companies in different industries. During the COVID-19 outbreak I also worked in the decontamination & sanitizing services at client's premises, deemed infected.
o I was also responsible for sales in acquiring new contracts, maintaining customer satisfaction, addressing concerns & continuous follow-ups.
