- Finalize Syndication loan.
- Finalize stand-alone loans

- Arrange treasury activities including short and long-term financing.
- Maintain company lines of credit, overdraft facilities, bank guarantees.

- Review daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions
- Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimise efficiency.
- Monitor bank fees and evaluate the best rates.
- Implemented the migration to JDEdwards for the treasury module.
- Implemented the migration to treasury SAP module.
- Establish and uphold of all bank accounts. Established the new system for printed checks.
- Principal contact between banks on all banking related issues and requests.
- Arrange availability of Foreign Currency and disbursement with a goal of preventing balances or Overdraft.
- Assist on updating and documenting existing as well as new procedures to insure smooth operation of department.
- Ensure Cash Management functions and provide Internal Auditors with documentation needed.
- Preparing Treasury Quarter and Annual Budget reporting.
- Revising reports:
• Daily Reports: Rates, Forward Deals, Update USD Purchases and
update export proceeds.
• Weekly Reports: Cash Flow, Bank reconciliation.
• Monthly Reports: Accrued Interest, Titan Debt Report, update the loans report, Foreign Currency and Cash Flow.
- Preserve a recent list of Authorised Signers.
- Active Member of the Head Quarter safety committee
- Member of the focus groups for discussing the main company issues.
