• Oversee the end-to-end process of export shipments for OVS, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and industry standards.
• Manage relationships with multiple shipping lines, negotiating contracts, and coordinating shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain regular communication with over 80 suppliers involved in the shipments, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise and ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all documentation formalities related to the shipment process.
• Update systems and databases accurately and timely with relevant shipment information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any shipment-related issues or discrepancies.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers, depot, carrier and consignee for
smooth shipment operations.
