- Manages, organizes and directs personal affairs of the CEO and his family, safekeeping of bank accounts, large amount of cash, signed cheques and credit cards
- Formulate solutions to solve problems/issues in the Administration Dept. / CEO business affairs. Monitors, directs, manages various day to day office operations
- Acting Office Manager in the absence of the CEO; disseminates instructions to staff
- Handles confidential documents and information ensuring they remain secure and discreet; checks and answers company and CEO’s personal e-mails.
- Takes control of the front office/reception area, maintaining an immaculate appearance all the time. Receiving guests in the most hospitable way and directing them to the concerned person. Answers, screens and directs all incoming calls, manages, greets and escorts visitors and “gatekeeper” of the CEO
- Facilitates smooth workflow by interacting with architects, engineers, foremen, clients and their executive assistants in preparing Bill of Quantities, specifications, drawings, awarding of contract up to construction stage and handing-over of the project

- Prepares all company official letters including tender invitation, bid proposals and confidential letters. Utilized excellent command of English grammar to prepare complex documents, presentations and proposals.
- Involves in recruitment procedures, preparing offer letters, visa applications, and staff leave applications, monitoring visa, EID and passport expiry dates.
- Assists with activities such as Insurance management, vehicle and license renewal.
- Fulfills and delivers field work in the absence of the company messenger
- Manages office cash flow, release and receiving of cheques, prepares staff salary statements and WPS for bank transfers with the instruction from the Financial Manager
- Prepares LPO, Invoices, Enquiries, Quotations, PPC, suppliers’ and sub-contractors’ monthly payment.
