Played a significant role in the campus operation of a newly established VET, nation wide program within a university context. Supported unqualified VET trainers and assessors in achieving assessor certifications. Firstly held role of Head of Diploma programs with responsibility for Business & IT Associate Diploma & Diploma programs at Makkah female campus . As curriculum manager for LVSA, role involved compliance Monitoring and development of vocational curriculum including the roll out of Diploma Accounting qualification across campuses. Customization of Accounting program to GCC context and assembly of resources and assessments for 20 units of study .
Designed and wrote curriculum and assessments for new Accounting Diploma. Played a leading role in raising institutional rating among COE Saudi colleges . Played key role in teaching and learning methods to significantly improve pass rates and retention of learners, as well engaging stakeholders in work placement program.
