• Perform coding, editing and routine data entry;
• Cleaning data timely and maintain the quality of data using various tools and techniques;
• Organize and receive data sheets/questionnaire from field sites/sections and archive properly;
• Prepare graphs, charts and tabulations with minimum supervision and submit reports;
• Prepare code plan, edit plan, perform consistency check and maintain data backup;
• Prepare all sorts of documentations after checking and correcting data errors;
• Manage the large volume of data set according to project requirement.
* Buyer handling.
* Order collection and distribution.
* Factory’s follow up regarding quality production development.
* Co-ordinate with customer for business development and customer’s satisfaction.
* Collect all the raw materials and accessories of cap.
* Discuss with the Sales Manager, Production and Material’s Manager regarding quality Problem and solution.
*Make sure that measurement, trims/accessories, embroidery, sewing method are according to the buyer’s standard.
* Making sample sheet, main production sheet, drawing sheet in ERP system.
