Responsibilities include:
1. Followup Design management to ensure timely delivery and correct designs for time/quality/cost control.
2. Liaise with the concerned local authorities to obtain the necessary approvals for the commencement of the Project.
3. Detail scope of work, conduct feasibility studies, seek approval of contracts to ensure smooth operations & minimize liability of company.
4. Coordinating with design and construction team from initial concept design through completion.
5. Scheduling and planning for the activities for the timely completion of projects.
