This job involves technical support to 50 entities allocated to me.Technical support involves helping and advising these entities who report on different basis eg on IFRS For Commercial entities or those in business operations, IPSAS Accrual and IPSAS Cash.
Reviewing the financials i.e the statement of performance, statement of financial position and cash flow statement.
Making recommendations on how to improve the quality of financial statements.
Ensuring that the entities comply to statutory deadlines and filing the financials to the external auditor for audit.
Apart from the above qualification i am also Certified Public Accountant -CPA and a Member of Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Kenya Member no 10387.
