** Reporting to: Direct reporting to Hong Kong, Canada & USA Merchandising & Sourcing Directors.

** Monitoring: Entire Merchandising & Production progress KPI for sample, production, quality and shipment.

** Sourcing & Development: Source & develop Vendor/Garment Factory, Fabric, Accessories & Trims (Local & Imported) as per company’s business Policy. Realize samples to be sent to buyers and maintain the required database as well as Coordinate with the design team & other departments during development of a new collection planning, product selection, identifying product and category opportunities, identifying and driving product and range adaptations suitable for the US and Canada Market.

** Product & Sample Development: Customer’s Required Sample Development from different Vendor’s with required Trims. Handle all new products development with sourcing and preparing competitive Techno/Commercial Offer, ensuring proper implementation of export contacts and attainment of satisfactory services of buyer and customers.

** Price Negotiation: Negotiate Price with Different Garment Manufacturer and Accessories Supplier. Order budgeting for new orders & review on completion, pricing, collections, store operations, Visual merchandising, Decision making & co ordination with procuring fabrics & accessories from both local & foreign sources and work out the exact costing for the samples and orders at the centre for new orders list out the price comparison report along with the worked out best costs.

** Order Placement: PO receiving, Placing Order & Opening L/C/T/T as Per Confirmed Price & Sample on behalf of Customer. Finalize & coordinate with the buyer, model, quality, logistic and import department regarding samples, feedback, orders & shipments.

** T&A: Updating day to day basis (Approval’s & Sending Details). Solve textile Critical Path & Technical problem jointly with QCM as overlooking of basic yarn, fabric, colour, washing standards, shade matching, accessories, approving top samples.

** Approval: day to day sending all required Fabric, Sample & Accessories and arrange to get Approval’s.

** Pre-Production Training: Organized a training module that increased production, sampling accuracy and efficiency for smooth execution.

** Production, Wash & Quality Control: Monitor production analyzing approval process, procurement, capacity planning and coordinate with buyer, vendor, logistics which ascend on time delivery. As well as Good knowledge on production, floor management, line layout, line balancing, productivity calculation, time management to achieve production target & quality. Competent on LABTEST, Quality controlling audit i.e. Fabric inspection, sample evaluation, Initial production checking, Inline inspection and Final Inspection.
