Calculate Budgeted and Actual SVCs, Analyze and Report the Actual DIM cost vs Budget and prior-year based on variances (Wastage, Specification Changes and Price). Reports are submitted to costing manager and Manager Finance.
Calculate Budgeted and Actual SVCs, Analyze and report the Actual leaf cost vs Budget and prior-year based on variances (Yield, Target weight Changes and Price). Reports are submitted to costing manager and Manager Finance. Calculate Green leaf costing (packed Lamina and by-product) for RF and actual.
Coordinate with the Operations Planning and Quality Assurance areas the preparation of the DIM budget and forecasts to determine a Standard Variable Cost (SVC) by Product manual and SAP.
Coordinate with GLT finance for expenses and Leaf planning for Green assumption (i.e. Blends steps Price and yield assumptions) preparation of Packed Leaf cost and By-Product cost as per company policy for OB, RF and actuals & update Dashboard.
Prepare Costing BOM based on BOM which are used to calculate budgeted SVCs to update in SAP as well as update all DIM materials’ cost in SAP as per request of quality assurance on ad-hoc. Valuate and present DIM initiatives as required (Productivities, ad-hoc).
Confirm reasonability and input DIM variables in order to calculate the Standard Cost of Direct Materials and related semi-finished (i.e. Filters and also Cut filler and conversion cost) in SAP, which are will become part of the Finished Goods Standard Variable Cost (SVC). For budgeted and new products/variants and calculate for cast revaluation by material type for management reporting.
Analyze for different working cycles (Actuals, Budget, Forecasts) and explain cost variances (Price, Spec and wastage) and provide financial analysis for working capital initiatives.
Calculate DIM cost report for regional submission
Prepared DIM cost report vs Budget vs prior-year for regional submission and Provide all necessary details and analysis related to DIM for External and Internal Audits.
Calculate the related intercompany price within established guidelines and submit for approval.
Physical stock count on monthly basis and Stock reconciliation by material type.
Extensive working knowledge of SAP (P1) MM/FI modules for last 9 years and as a supper user last 3 years and Excel.
Materials requirement planning as per Production plan
Managing inventory control, handling & storage at Factory Warehouses
Managing Stock levels and reorder quantities to fulfill operational needs / requirements through analyzing and forecasting in-house demand of different items
Verifying Incoming materials as per PO’s
Assign Serial Numbers and Scan with bar-code machine to each inventory item to facilitate identification and movement and as per company policy
Managing and Updating Warehouse Inventory in SAP System
Checking/Verifying issuance of Materials for production as per Product/Item Recipe/Description
Order Processing in SAP as per requirement
Co-ordinate with all Concerned Departments in order to fulfill the requirements of both Internal & External Customers including Excise
Co-ordinate & Prepare Federal Excise reports as per requirement of the Government Department
Facilitate/ responsible with Internal/external Audits
